,Leatherette is alright  except the back, partly teared off, small cracks due to age! Some marks on edges.

Take lens: Beautiful condition. Clean lens (Kominar 75mm f/3.5)
There is no fog.
There is no fungus. Need a wipe from inside due to a few light marks. Magnifying glass is clean.
There might be super tiny scratches from wiping. Rear lens looks pretty clean without fungus or haze.
There is no separation. In this condition there will be no impact on the image quality.
Finder has a bit dirt due to age, may need cleaning.

Functional
COPAL Shutter fires at all speed (B,1-500!!), timer works,
focus plane needs repair.
aperture blades are snappy,  aperture dial and speed dial move well. M/X flash
synchronization works well.  View  opens nicely, needs a a light push when closing.
