Tom Thumb Camera Radio
is
a psuedo TLR camera for 828 film, combined with a tube radio. It was made in
about 1948 by the Automatic Radio Manufacturing Company of Boston, MA.
It
has a 7.5 cm f/5 Maestar lens and a simple ‘I’ and ‘B’ shutter. It has a small
folding aluminum hood over the viewfinder. The front and rear of the camera are
covered with dark red leatherette; the rest of the body is tan colored.
In nice condition with working shutter. Radio not tested.
Typical wear for a 73 year old camera with some scuff and dirt
marks and some small cover chips but overall I would consider this item to be
quite a nice find. (See photos.) Schematic literature is included. See last photo.
